This fall we read many books and learned about autumn, apples, pumpkins, bats and owls.

We also went on a field trip to
Janoski's Pumpkinland.   We had a hayride, picked our own pumpkins, petted some farm animals, visited a haunted barn, wandered through a corn maze and played in some straw.

Autumn

The leaves change colors.

The colors of the leaves don’t actually magically change.
They have the colors inside.

Fall leaves fall.

You rake a lot.

The leaves will fall down from the tree.

I like to rake them up.

The leaves fall down and so do the apples.

In fall you can jump in the leaves.

I jump in the leaves in the fall.

I like fall because I like to jump in the leaves.

I like to jump in the leaves.

I love to jump in the leaves because I love to play in them.

You can lift leaves up and take them in the house and make a picture.

The weather is cooler.

Apples grow on trees.

I like pumpkins.

I like pumpkins and apples.

Fall is good.
