Our class had a wonderful time reading books on spring and writing poems.  Some used the acrostic format, others used the 5 W's or 4 Lines poem.  They turned out great and are hanging in the hallway.  We especially enjoyed the book When the Root Children Wake Up by Audrey Wood for a different way of thinking about Spring.
